RETURNING HOME??

If you have been inspired to renew your understanding of What it Means to be Catholic, with a goal of moving your spiritual development forward . . . please Call Sharon at 935-7077 Ext. 1215. Individual or group Homecoming sessions are now beginning.
Book Club
The book club will meet on April 30th in Fellowship immediately following the Student Mass. Our selection for discussion is “Angry Housewives Eating Bon Bons” by Lorna Landvik, a local author. We’d love to have you join us.
Take a tour through AQUINAS LIBRARY . . .
Books on spiritual growth,, biographies of people who have found strength in their God, books with suggestions on weathering personal crises, books of prayer and faith. . .(and even a small shelf devoted to the IHM Book Club). The Aquinas Library is open weekdays and Sunday mornings for your convenience in finding comfort in the written words of proven writers.
Thanks to a gift from a member of the IHM Community the NATIONAL CATHOLIC REGISTER (newspaper) can once again be found on the Periodicals Rack in Aquinas. Take a few minutes after daily or weekend Mass and relax with the news of the Church.
Have you read any good magazine articles lately? The June 1 issue of Commonweal will give you new insights on bioethics in an interview with Daniel Callahan, philosopher and entrepreneur, in which he shares, “Where the Best Arguments Take Him.”
You can also find current copies of America and U.S. Catholic to help you understand both sides of current topics of faith, morals, and daily living.
Comfortable chairs, table and divan await your visit. Make it a habit. Give yourself the gift of relaxation while learning. Exercise your mind and strengthen your spirit as “religiously” as you care for your physical well-being!
